We have several drinks packages to suit all needs and are charged per person, or we can create an individual bespoke package specific to the needs of the bride and groom. For the Wedding breakfast the head chef has carefully created an A La Carte selection of Starters, intermediate, main and desert courses so the menu can be chosen and be specific to the guest requirements.

To ensure that the meals run smoothly all we ask is that one selection is made for each course. Any special delivery requirements can be catered for. For the evening guests we have a range of evening buffets to suit all needs or again we can create a bespoke menu to specific requirements. The hotel is licence to hold civil ceremonies in both the oak and nelson suites. This allows you to hold the complete day in one venue eradicating the need for transportation of wedding guests. Civil Ceremonies are held in conjunction with Bolton Registers who can be contacted at Mere hall.
